This Refund, Return, Cancellation & Service Delivery Policy applies to all services provided by Gate Fare (www.gatefare.in). By purchasing any service from our website or contacting us for travel consultation, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Our Services
Gate Fare provides travel consultation and advisory services related to flight bookings, travel planning, and travel cost optimization. We do not sell physical products. Therefore, the terms “return” and “shipping” apply only to service delivery and digital consultation.
2. Consultation Fees – Refund Policy
All consultation fees paid to Gate Fare are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
A refund may only be considered in the following situations:
- Payment was made more than once by mistake
- The consultation service was not provided within the agreed time
- A technical issue prevented the service from being delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment by contacting our support team.
3. No Guarantee on Booking Price
Payments made to Gate Fare are for professional consultation services only. We do not guarantee:
- A specific airline ticket price, Hotel Price, Car Rental Price, Amtrak Price Etc.
- Availability of seats,rooms,car
- Approval of visas
- Final booking confirmation
Since hotel, flight car rental and other travel prices change frequently, consultation fees are not refundable if the price changes before booking.
4. Cancellation Policy (Consultation Services)
Customers may cancel their consultation request before the consultation has started.
If cancellation is requested before the service begins:
- The request will be reviewed
- A refund may be processed after deducting applicable payment processing charges
If the consultation has already started:
- No refund will be provided
5. Airline Ticket Cancellation & Refunds
Gate Fare is not the airline or the airline ticket provider. All ticket cancellations and refunds depend entirely on:
- The airline’s rules or third party travel agency
- The ticket fare type
- The airline’s refund policy
Gate Fare may assist in submitting refund or cancellation requests, but we do not control:
- Refund approval
- Refund amount
- Refund timeline
6. Service Delivery Policy (Digital Services)
Gate Fare provides services digitally through:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp consultation
- Email support
- Online travel consultation
Once payment is received, consultation is usually provided within 1 to 24 hours, depending on availability and service type.
7. Shipping Policy (For Service-Based Business)
Since Gate Fare provides digital consultation services only:
- No physical products are shipped
- No delivery charges apply
- All services are delivered digitally via call, WhatsApp, or email
8. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
Refunds will not be provided if the service cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect passenger details
- Incorrect travel dates provided by the customer
- Incorrect destination information
- Failure to respond to our consultation team
9. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed:
- To the original payment method only
- Within 7 to 21 business days depending on the payment provider
Payment processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
